On request, we offer you the experience of the communal preparation of food for a maximum number of 20 people in our large-scale catering facilities at a time when fast food, frozen products and ready-to-serve-meals dominate everyday cuisine.
At the moment, we are preparing to make use of a minimum of 10-hectares of arable land for the growing of herbs and vegetables, so that we will be in a position to harvest and thus process our own home-grown products for our cookery courses.
Catering with home-grown produce has a long tradition at Landgut Borsig. The 2nd photo to the left shows the Borsig canteen, where the employees are provided with food products home-grown in Groß Behnitz.
